These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," "You," "Your") and FashionKart ("We," "Us," "Our," "Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application (if any), and the purchase of fashion clothing and related products from our online store.
By accessing our website, browsing our product catalogue, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website immediately.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, fabric composition, care instructions, sizing information, and images on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on our website is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may differ from the images shown on the website due to:
Variations in screen resolution, brightness, colour calibration, and display settings of your device. Colour of the actual garment may vary from what you see on your screen. This is an inherent limitation of online shopping and is NOT considered a defect or reason for return (unless the colour is drastically and obviously different).
Photography lighting, angles, filters, and post-processing.
Minor manufacturing variations in colour, shade, texture, print placement, embroidery positioning, or fabric finish.
The garment being shown on a model or mannequin — the fit and appearance may vary based on your body type, height, and proportions.
Batch-to-batch variations in fabric dyeing, printing, and finishing that are common in the textile industry.
Fabric & Material Information
We provide fabric composition (e.g., 100% Cotton, Polyester blend, Rayon, Silk, Linen, Georgette, Chiffon, etc.) based on information from our suppliers and manufacturers. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in fabric composition are possible.
Sizing Information
Fashion clothing sizes can vary significantly between brands, manufacturers, and even between different styles within the same brand. We strongly recommend:
Referring to the Size Chart provided on each product page before making a purchase.
Taking your own body measurements (chest, waist, hips, length, shoulder width, etc.) and comparing them with the Size Chart.
Reading the product description for any specific fitting notes (e.g., "runs small," "oversized fit," "slim fit," etc.).
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend ordering the larger size.
FashionKart is NOT responsible for size-related issues if you did not refer to the Size Chart before purchasing. Size-related returns may be subject to specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
Care Instructions
Care labels and washing instructions provided on the product page and/or on the garment label must be followed. Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions (e.g., machine-washing a "dry clean only" garment, using bleach on a coloured garment, tumble-drying a heat-sensitive fabric) is NOT covered under our return/refund policy.
Product Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep our inventory updated in real-time; however, in rare cases, a product (or a specific size/colour) may become out of stock after you have placed an order.
We will notify you via email or phone within 2 business days of order placement.
We will offer you the option to wait for restocking, select an alternative product/size/colour, or receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days if you choose a refund.
We do not guarantee that any product, size, or colour will remain available or be restocked.
Third-Party / Multi-Brand Products
FashionKart sells clothing and accessories from various brands, designers, manufacturers, and suppliers. We operate as a retailer/reseller and are not the manufacturer of most products sold on our website (unless explicitly stated as FashionKart's own brand/label).
Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website belong to their respective owners. Their use on our website is for product identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.
Product quality, sizing consistency, and fabric accuracy are dependent on the respective manufacturer/supplier. While we curate our products carefully, minor variations between products from different suppliers are possible.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes (including GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value or during promotional periods.
We reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and payment received.
In case of a pricing error (e.g., a product listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical glitch), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you with the correct price and give you the option to proceed or cancel.
MRP (Maximum Retail Price): Where applicable, the MRP of the product is displayed along with the selling price and discount percentage. The selling price is the actual amount you pay.
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and sale prices are valid only for the specified period and are subject to terms and conditions mentioned at the time of the promotion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
Coupon codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used once per customer/order unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to void coupon codes that are distributed or used in violation of their intended terms.
Account Registration
You may browse our website without creating an account. However, to place an order, track orders, save addresses, create wishlists, and access certain features, you may need to create a user account.
When creating an account, you agree to:

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at info@fashionkart.store. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Ordering Process
Browsing & SelectionYou can browse our product catalogue by category (Men, Women, Kids), subcategory, brand, size, colour, price range, fabric, occasion, and other filters.
Size SelectionSelect the appropriate size for your garment. Please refer to the Size Chart on the product page before selecting a size. If you're unsure about sizing, contact our customer support before ordering.
Shopping Cart & CheckoutOnce you have added products to your cart, you can proceed to checkout. At checkout, you will be required to provide or confirm your shipping address, select a shipping method (if multiple options are available), select a payment method, review your order summary, apply any applicable coupon code or discount, and confirm and place your order.
Order PlacementBy clicking "Place Order" (or similar button), you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. This is not a confirmation of sale.
Order ConfirmationAfter you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email and/or SMS with your Order ID and order details. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order or a contract of sale. A binding contract is formed only when we ship the product and send you a Shipment Confirmation notification.
Order Acceptance & RejectionWe reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include but are not limited to: product or size unavailability, pricing errors or technical glitches, suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity, inability to verify your identity or payment information, delivery location not serviceable, violation of our Terms & Conditions, orders that appear to be placed for resale purposes, or excessive quantity orders that appear to be bulk/wholesale purchases.
Refund for Rejected OrdersIf we reject or cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order LimitsWe reserve the right to limit the quantity of products ordered per customer, per order, or per household to ensure fair availability for all customers.

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm, or similar RBI-approved payment processors). FashionKart does NOT store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details on our servers.
You agree that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, all payment information provided by you is accurate and complete, and you have sufficient funds or credit available to complete the transaction.
If your payment fails, is declined, or does not go through for any reason, your order will not be confirmed. If any amount is deducted from your account despite a failed transaction, it will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If not, please contact your bank first, and then reach out to us with transaction details.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
COD availability is determined at checkout based on product type, order value, and delivery pin code.
A COD handling fee (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as delivery personnel may not carry change.
If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery (refused by the customer without a valid reason), we reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for future orders on your account.
Repeated COD order cancellations, refusals, or non-acceptance may result in COD being permanently disabled for your account.
All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) only. We do not accept payments in any foreign currency.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship products across India through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners. The availability of delivery to your location will be determined by your pin code at checkout.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on order value, product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a minimum order value (as displayed on the website).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return/refund is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email and/or SMS.
You can track your order on the courier partner's website or through our website's "Track Order" feature.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact us.
Delivery Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address, including flat/house number, building name, landmark, street, city, state, and pin code.
FashionKart is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, we may charge re-shipping costs for a second delivery attempt.
Delivery Inspection
We strongly recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery before accepting it from the delivery person.
If the outer packaging appears damaged, tampered with, torn, wet, or opened, you have the right to refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
Once you accept the delivery and sign (physically or digitally), it is assumed that the package was received in good external condition.
If you discover any issue with the product after opening the package (wrong size, wrong colour, wrong product, defective garment, stained fabric, etc.), please report it within 48 hours with photographic/video evidence.
Garment Packaging
Clothing items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Products may be folded for shipping, and minor fold marks or creases are natural and will disappear after ironing or steaming. Fold marks are NOT considered a defect.
Some garments may have a slight difference in fragrance due to packaging materials. This is normal and will dissipate after airing out the garment.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to deliver after 2–3 attempts (due to customer unavailability, locked premises, or incorrect address), the package will be returned to us (Return to Origin — RTO).
Prepaid OrdersA refund will be processed after deducting applicable return shipping charges.
COD OrdersThe order will be cancelled, and no charges will apply.
Repeated RTO instances may result in COD being disabled for your account.
Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by: courier partner issues or logistical challenges, incorrect or incomplete addresses, natural disasters, extreme weather, floods, earthquakes, government restrictions, lockdowns, curfews, strikes, transportation disruptions, civil unrest, high order volumes during sale/festive periods, or any other Force Majeure events.
FashionKart currently ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer
Before ShipmentYou may cancel your order
before it has been shipped by contacting us at

Order ID and reason for cancellation.
After ShipmentIf the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery (if COD) or initiate a return after delivery as per our Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Prepaid OrdersIf you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
COD Order CancellationSince no payment has been made, no refund is applicable.
Cancellation by FashionKart
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following reasons:
Product or size out of stock.
Pricing or technical errors.
Suspected fraudulent activity or suspicious ordering patterns.
Failure to verify customer identity or payment.
Delivery location is unserviceable.
Customer has a history of repeated order cancellations, refusals, or returns.
Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Force Majeure events.
In such cases, if payment has been received, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, articles, product descriptions, blog posts, images, photographs, graphics, illustrations, icons, logos, brand names, taglines, trade names, website design, layout, user interface, software, code, underlying technology, audio, video, multimedia content, fashion styling tips, lookbook images, and editorial content, is the intellectual property of FashionKart or its respective content licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may NOT without our prior written consent:
Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from our website.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our content.

User-Generated Content: If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, photos (e.g., customer photos wearing our products), feedback, or any other content on our website, you grant FashionKart a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide licence to use, modify, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for business purposes, including but not limited to displaying on our website, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
By using our website, you agree NOT to:

Wear, use, wash, or alter a product and then attempt to return it as unused (this constitutes fraud).
Order garments with the intent to wear them once and return them ("wardrobing" — this is a form of return fraud).

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account, cancelling your orders, reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities, and pursuing legal remedies and damages.
Product Warranty & Disclaimers
FashionKart is a retailer/reseller of fashion clothing and accessories. We source products from various manufacturers, suppliers, designers, and brands.
Garment Quality
While we strive to offer high-quality products, fashion clothing is subject to normal wear and tear. We do not guarantee that garments will:
Maintain their original colour after multiple washes (minor colour fading is natural, especially in dark-coloured and printed garments).
Remain free from pilling, bobbling, or lint (common in certain fabrics like wool, polyester blends, and knits).
Retain their exact shape and size after washing (minor shrinkage of 2–5% is possible in natural fabrics like cotton and linen if care instructions are not followed).
Be free from minor manufacturing variations (minor thread pulls, slight stitch irregularities, small colour variations between garments of the same batch are common in the textile industry and are NOT considered defects).
Fabric Care Responsibility
Following the care instructions on the garment label is the customer's responsibility. Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or dry-cleaning methods is NOT covered under our return or refund policy.
"As-Is" Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, all products are sold "as is" and "as available." FashionKart makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any product; the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of product descriptions, sizing information, fabric composition, or colour representation; or the durability or lifespan of any garment beyond normal wear.
For any product defects, damages, or issues discovered upon delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FashionKart (including its employees, agents, partners, and affiliates) shall NOT be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase of our products.
Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
Skin irritation, allergic reactions, or health issues caused by fabric, dyes, chemicals, or materials used in garments. If you have known allergies or sensitivities to certain fabrics or chemicals, please check the fabric composition before purchasing. FashionKart is not liable for allergic reactions.
Damages resulting from improper garment care (incorrect washing, bleaching, ironing, drying, or dry-cleaning).
Damages caused by third-party products, services, or actions, including courier partners, payment gateways, and manufacturers.
Any delay, interruption, or failure of our website due to technical issues, server downtime, maintenance, or Force Majeure events.
Damages resulting from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
Size or fit dissatisfaction if you did not refer to the Size Chart before purchasing.
